Veinte años lleva ya el conjunto Café Zimmermann, fundado y codirigido por el violinista argentino Pablo Valetti y la clavecinista francesa Céline Frisch, haciendo música instrumental barroca por medio mundo. Esta vez llega a Oviedo con un programa del siglo xvii en el que uno de los grandes precursores y difusores de la suite de danzas para clave en Alemania (Froberger) se une a los dos grandes maestros austriacos del stylus phantasticus (Schmelzer y Biber). Un programa que exige notable virtuosismo, imaginativa fantasía ornamental y un profundo sentido de la improvisación.
