Elías es un director de cine que soñaba con hacer una película de atracos. Durante el verano de 2013 lee una noticia sobre la detención de El Robin Hood de Vallecas, el líder de la banda de las alcantarillas. Siente entonces que ha encontrado la oportunidad para cumplir su sueño. Le manda una carta a la cárcel donde cumple condena.


Contra todo pronóstico, Elías recibe respuesta tres semanas después. El Robin Hood acepta que vaya a la cárcel a visitarle.
