Alanis es trabajadora sexual, tiene un hijo y comparte piso en el centro de Buenos Aires con Gisela. Ambas mujeres cuidan del bebé y reciben a sus clientes en el apartamento. Todo cambia cuando dos inspectores municipales irrumpen en su domicilio y detienen a Gisela acusada de trata. Expulsada de su piso, Alanis se traslada temporalmente a casa de su tía. Cuida a su hijo y ofrece en la calle lo que sabe hacer. Siempre en continuo movimiento, Alanis deberá pelear por encontrar su lugar.
