Ún de Grao ye’l proyeutu personal de José Martínez Álvarez, guitarrista y cantante moscón afincáu en Xixón, y que lleva dellos años dedicáu a la música tradicional asturiana, participando en dellos grupos como Cuchu, Corzobeyos, Duerna, La Bandina'l Bache qu'acompaña a Héctor Braga, Degañan's o Dobra, formación del maestru gaiteru Xuacu Amieva. Esti nuevu camín pretende dar una visión personal de les estremaes formes d'evolución que pudiera tener la tonada y por estensión, cualesquier palu dientro la música tradicional asturiana.

Calteniendo’l respetu poles estructures y patrones tradicionales, esti moscón intenta echar un gabitu nel trabayu de xuntar o amestar la tonada y la música tradicional asturiana a otres corrientes, otros estilos, otres visiones...; abrise a otres influencies y asina dexar que'l nuestru patrimoniu cultural vaya evolucionando y adaptándose a los tiempos d'anguaño.
