'Intemperie' ye una comedia de costumes xixoneses en trés actos pa 10 actores: Efigenia, señora que pretende tener perres, anque tien toles sos propiedaes hipotecaes, quier casar por conveniencia a la so fía Luisita con un mozu al que la moza nun quier. Luisita fúgase de xácara de casa con Avelino, mozu al qu'ella quier como home, pero la cosa complícase y nun pueden tornar a la so casa como teníen previsto. Entre Isidora, que ye la criada de Efigenia, y el Pintojo, padre d'Avelino, naz tamién un pequeñu idiliu coles sos situaciones risibles. Isidora ye como una madre pa Luisita, yá que la cuidó dende pequeña.
