El direutor Eric Lavaine ye too un especialista en comedies cargaes d'ironia. Con esta película algamó too un récor de recaudación nel Estáu francés. Stéphanie ves obligada a regresar, a los sos 40 años, a vivir en casa de la so madre. Tres perder el trabayu y ser abandonada pol so maríu, ésta ye la única opción que-y queda pa poder salir alantre. Stéphanie ye recibida colos brazos abiertos, pero dambes, avezaes a les sos rutines, tendrán que tener una gran paciencia pa llevar a bon puerto esta nueva vida xuntes. L'aparente calma ente elles termina por dar llugar a situaciones enllenes d'humor.
