Álex Díez ye más conocíu nel ámbitu artísticu como Álex Cooper pola banda que formó hai 20 años tres Los Flechazos. Álex Cooper colgóse la guitarra a mediaos de los 80 y dende entós nun parado de dar allegríes colos sos canctares pop y los sos direutos arrolladores.

Nel 2016 celebró los sos 30 años de carrera al frente de Los Flechazos y Cooper con un discu recopilatoriu pal sellu Warner y una esitosa xira bautizada como '30 Años Viviendo en la Era Pop'. Tres unos meses de reflexón, Cooper encerróse nel estudiu pa rexistrar un álbum nuevu, 'Tiempo, temperatura, agitación', qu'Elefant Records editó con gran acoyida na primavera del 2018 y que supunxo'l retornu d'Álex a la primer división del pop estatal.
