Nuestra política es ofrecer productos locales de calidad y cuidar al cliente durante su visita a nuestra "casa", por ello apostamos firmemente en trabajar día a día en ser un Restaurante Sostenible.
Ofrecemos a nuestros clientes productos naturales controlando la trazabilidad de nuestros proveedores, utilizando siempre el criterio de compra de kilómetro cero, reciclando residuos y haciendo que nuestro personal participe activamente en cada proyecto que ponemos en marcha.
Preocupados por las necesidades de todos nuestros clientes nos hemos diferenciado como restaurante "sin gluten" certificados por ACEPA (Asociación Celiaca del Principado de Asturias).
Contamos con instalaciones y equipos que cuentan con una gestión eficiente de la energía y del agua. Trabajamos en la compensación de nuestra huella de carbono, revertiendo económicamente el resultado en proyectos solidarios certificados, y por ello hemos conseguido el sello Clean Co2 Certified. Además recientemente hemos obtenido el distintivo "Gijón Turismo Responsable, Empresas Comprometidas" y nos encontramos implantando el Sistema de Turismo Responsable para la obtención del sello Biosphere.
