El Cafetín de Lastres

El Cafetín de Lastres cuenta con una dilatada historia que arranca a principios del siglo XX. Por sus mesas pasaron ilustres personalidades de la talla de Miguel Unamuno, Juan Negrín, Severo Ochoa y Francisco Grande Covián, y el peso de la historia se nota al atravesar sus puertas. Encontramos en él una cocina de mercado donde el concepto local se convierte en protagonista, ingredientes de temporada, buscando recuperar el sabor auténtico de las cosas y devolverle el alma a la cocina. Además colaboran con proyectos locales de agricultura, ganadería y pesca sostenibles.
