La familia Pomarada -dueños de Sidra Pomarada, el llagar más importante del oriente asturiano- decide celebrar la noche de San Juan en su casa de Ribadesella. El patriarca invita a sus tres caprichosos hijos, que vendrán desde Oviedo acompañados de maridos, amantes y taxistas. Todos ellos asistirán con el fin de vengarse y así cerrar el peor invierno de sus vidas. Una noche donde sangre y sidra correrán a partes iguales. Cachopos envenenados, gaitas rotas, orbayu constante y la Virgen de Covadonga ausente.
