Villaviciosa acoge la XIII edición de su Festival Internacional de Gaita entre los días 30 de agosto y 2 de septiembre.


El festival contará con las actuaciones de Orquesta de Foles (Portugal), Escuala de Dulzaina 'Collara y Campo Áspero' (Segovia - Valladolid), Escola de Gaitas de Ortigueira (Galicia), Banda Gaites 'Castro Bergidum' (El Bierzu), Banda Gaites 'El Gumial' (Asturies) y Banda Gaites 'Villaviciosa - El Gaitero' (Asturies).


En la Nueche Folk del sábado actuarán Vallarna (Castiella - Cantabria), Anxo Lorenzo (Galicia), y Skama la rede (Asturies).


Además de concientos, tenemos un programa completo con talleres y presentaciones con la música tradicional y la gaita como protagonista, una fiesta de la sidra y pasacalles de bandas de gaitas, mercáu d'artesanía, bandines por chigres y festival gastronómicu.
