Tino Casal es uno de los artistas más emblemáticos, carismáticos, transgresores y creativos de la historia de la música asturiana y española. 'Billy Boy y Los Ácratas' es una banda integrada por cinco prestigiosos músicos de nuestra tierra, para rendirle tributo. El grupo se formó en 2016, con motivo del 25 aniversario del fallecimiento del gran músico, debutando en la presentación del libro 'Oro Negro, 25 años sin Tino Casal'. Desde entonces ha realizado un buen número conciertos, la mayor parte en salas con aforos grandes, obteniendo en todos ellos un gran éxito.
