'Amar sólo se puede amar a mares'. Una historia de amor y amistad casi imposible. Adela, una mujer extremadamente sensible, y Aurora, siempre envuelta en un aura de misterio. Un relato que además quiere ser un espejo de la fragilidad humana.

Una vieja estación de ferrocarril vacía, en la que solo vemos un enorme reloj que preside el tiempo ante las vías de tren. Mientras Adela espera sentada en un banco, se inicia un viaje hacia el interior de las vidas de estas mujeres. Un recorrido por sus recuerdos y por multitud de preguntas que deambulan en busca de respuestas.
