Mucha historia a sus espaldas: productor de los primeros cinco álbumes de Elvis Costello, considerados de lo mejor que ha publicado este; compositor de canciones clásicas y mil veces versionadas……. Añádase que Lowe es una figura centralísima del pub rock, el punk-rock y la new wave facturados en el Reino Unido. Sí, una carrera la suya que da mucho juego si miramos hacia atrás. Algo tan cierto como también lo es afirmar que una de las etapas fundamentales de su trayectoria es la última, que sigue abierta.
