El Tamar ye un habitual de la escena punk rock, onde se llabró una reputación como poderosu guitarrista en grupos como Black Horde.
Sicasí, na so carrera como solista da rienda suelta a la so personalidá como simpáticu polemista, de camín que va escontra soníos más calmos, onde nun fai ascos al tangu, al blues o al jazz, p'acompañar a unes lletres llenes d'ironía y humor.
El so discu debú, tituláu ”El Tamar”, foi publicáu en vinilu l'añu 2012. La publicación del so segundu álbum, ”Rede Social Medieval”, que cunta con collaboraciones de Rodrigo Cuevas o Nacho Vegas, da pie a la reedición dixital d'esti debú, en xineru de 2017.
