Los padres de Luisa viven nun pequeñu pueblu mineru nel norte de México. Ella acude de visita a la casa familiar acompañada del so mozu Paco, al que la familia entovía nun conoz.

Magar la incomodidá propia al entamu d'esti tipu d'axuntamientu, la familia queda fascinada al reconocer en Paco a ún de los actores de la célebre serie de televisión 'Narcos'. A esti alcuentro familiar súmase tamién l'hermanu de Luisa, Gabino, un personaxe peculiar con un mundu interior sorprendente.

La película plania ente l'humor, lo surrealista y la realidá que se vive nel país norteamericanu. El resultáu ye toa una sorpresa dientro del panorama del cine contemporaneu.
