La presencia d'enormes roques de gran guapura na mariña confier un gran atractivu a esta sablera, la de mayor ocupación nel conceyu de Muros. Tien un cómodu accesu en coche, aparcamientu, ufierta hostelera, un pequeñu paséu marítimu y ye'l puntu de partida de la Ruta de los Miradores, un tramu espectacular de la sienda costera que crucia Asturies.

L'Aguilar/Campofrío ta llendada al oeste pola Punta del Gaveiru y, al otru estremu, pola Punta Castiellu. Ye un rincón de la mariña perfectu pa fondiar embarcaciones de recréu y pa prauticar bucéu y surf.
