Playa de Pormenande

Una llingua de tierra xune la sablera col castru El Rego

La sablera de Pormenande ye una pequeña cala de gran guapura, de menos de 200 metros de llargor y formada por bolos y grava. A pesar de ser cascayosa ye bien segura, con aguaxe moderao y protexía del aire.

Destaca nella a la so derecha'l castru El Rego, al que se pue llegar dende la sablera por un pequeña llingua de tierra. Ye la playa principal de la capital del conceyu, A Caridá, polo que la so arribación ye mayor que n'otros arenales de la zona.
