Mathilde Beaulieu ye una médicu moza unviada pola Cruz Roxa col fin de garantizar la repatriación de los prisioneros franceses mancaos na frontera ente Alemaña y Polonia. Pero la sorpresa llega cuando afaya qu'una gran parte de les hermanes del conventu tán embarazaes por soldaos del Exércitu Roxu. Anque Mathilde ye inesperta, tendrá d'aprender a sacar alantre esta inusual situación y ayudar a les hermanes.
